The owner of the online shop kittlemood.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is O\u00dc Kittlefashion (registration code. <\/span>16085582<\/span>), located at A.Weizenbergi 19, 10150 Tallinn, Estonia.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information<\/b><\/p>\n The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.<\/span><\/p>\n The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee for the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros and VAT is not added.<\/span><\/p>\n The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when ordering.<\/span><\/p>\n Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Making an order<\/b><\/p>\n To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The shopping cart is created when you click the “Add to cart” button. By clicking on the “Shopping cart” option, you will see your entire shopping cart with the amount to be paid.<\/span><\/p>\n You can change the number of products in the shopping cart. You can also change the quantity of products ordered. Click the “Update Cart” button to confirm your change. Click the “Go to pay” button to continue ordering. Payments are mediated by LHV Pank AS.<\/span><\/p>\n The order will be cancelled if the purchase amount is not credited to the bank account of O\u00dc Kittlefashion within 5 days.<\/span><\/p>\n In case of cancellation of the order or return of the purchased product, the purchase amount will be refunded according to the payment method selected when placing the order. The amount paid by transfer is returned to the account from which the paid amount was received.<\/span><\/p>\n If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Delivery<\/b><\/p>\n The goods are sent to the following countries: Member States of the European Union and Great Britain<\/span><\/p>\n In order to receive the goods, the buyer can choose between the partners of different parcel machines.<\/span><\/p>\n Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.<\/span><\/p>\n The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/span><\/p>\n In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.<\/span><\/p>\n If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted to the e-mail address<\/span> kittlefashioneesti@gmail.com<\/span> no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<\/span><\/p>\n Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n The shipping cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Right to lodge a complaint<\/b><\/p>\n The buyer has the right to contact the online store within 14 days at the latest by sending an e-mail to<\/span> kittlefashioneesti@gmail.com<\/span><\/p>\n The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
