    1.1. Seller – O\u00dc Kittlefashion (registration number <\/span>16085582<\/span>Located at A. Weizenbergi 19, 10150 Tallinn, Estonia. Customer service contact <\/span>kittlefashioneesti@gmail.com<\/span> , hereinafter referred to as KittleMood<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.2. KittleMood e-shop – electronic shop at www.kittlemood.ee;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.3. Client – a natural adult whose activities are not restricted by a valid court order or a legal entity;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. Partner – a legal entity offering goods or services in the KittleMood e-store;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.5. KittleMood Accounts – KittleMood accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. that provide information about KittleMood e-store products and services;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.6. Services – all services offered to the customer by KittleMood;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.7. Cookie – a small file that is sent to the device of a customer visiting the KittleMood e-store. In addition to the cookie file, this definition includes the use of files of a similar nature;<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.8. Order conditions – confirmed KittleMood e-store sales conditions ;.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.9. Direct marketing – an activity the purpose of which is to provide KittleMood goods and services to the customer by e-mail, telephone or other direct means, or to ask the Customer for an opinion in order to offer the intended goods or services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. General settings<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1. The Privacy Policy is intended to ensure the security and protection of personal data for Customers in order to protect them from illegal use of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.2. <\/span> By using the KittleMood.ee e-store, the customer confirms that he agrees with this Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of his personal data. The privacy policy is public and available to everyone on KittleMood.ee. Every new customer who concludes a sales transaction in the KittleMood e-store for the first time will confirm their consent to the processing of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.3.<\/span> The customer can make a purchase on KittleMood without registering. In the case of an unregistered purchase, the Customer is obliged to disclose the following personal data to the Seller: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and delivery address. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data published by him. <\/span><\/p>\n

      2.4. The Seller needs to collect the following personal data of the Customer for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.4.1. E-mail address – required for sending the order confirmation and other documents related to the purchased goods (invoice, technical documentation, warranty documents, etc.) to the Customer; To contact the Customer in the cases provided for in the order conditions; With the consent of the customer for the transmission of direct marketing offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.4.2. Telephone number – necessary for transmitting information on the status of the order to the Customer, including in order to inform the Customer together with the order number when the goods are ready for delivery via a parcel machine or other postal service; To contact the Customer in the cases provided in the Order Conditions or to use the courier service to agree on the delivery of the goods; With the consent of the customer for the transmission of direct marketing offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. PROCEDURES FOR STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. The Seller confirms that the Customer’s personal data is important in order for the Customer to be able to use KittleMood services (incl. The right to participate in campaigns).<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Seller uses the Customer’s personal data for the provision of services and delivery of goods, for communication with the Customer and for the analysis of performance, and, if the Customer has given consent, also for the purpose of direct marketing. <\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties except in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2.1. if the Customer agrees to the disclosure of his \/ her personal data;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2.2. to provide a service or order goods or services from KittleMood Partners, if the Customer’s personal data is required for delivery;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2.3 in the manner prescribed by law enforcement authorities and provided by legislation in the Republic of Estonia;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3. The following rights apply to the customer:<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3.1. to submit a written request to the Seller for the Seller to introduce to the Customer the personal data collected about him \/ her so far. The information is forwarded to the Customer’s e-mail address;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3.2. submit a written request to the Seller to obtain information about the collection of his \/ her personal data and to investigate the purposes for which they are processed and to whom his \/ her data has been provided during the last year. The information is provided to the Customer by e-mail;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3.3. submit an application to the Seller by e-mail <\/span>kittlefashioneesti@gmail.com<\/span> to request to cancel your account or suspend the processing of personal data if the processing of personal data violates the conditions provided in the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Estonia;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3.4. not to consent to the processing of personal data provided for in the Privacy Policy. In this case, the Customer will not be able to purchase goods or services from KittleMood;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.4. The Seller shall keep the data related to the Customer’s order for seven (7) calendar years based on the purpose of ensuring the Seller’s realization of his rights and obligations and the Buyer’s rights of the buyer and consumer (eg return of goods; guarantee; recall of goods;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.5. In order to ensure the full quality of KittleMood’s services, KittleMood uses cookies on its website. Cookies are small text files that a website places on a Customer’s computer to store browser information to improve the user experience. They are used to collect information and statistics in order to provide customers with relevant and interesting content and to maintain a history of visits. By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the Customer agrees that cookies will be added to his \/ her computer. The Customer can withdraw the consent at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n
